77th foundation day of Khairabari UCO Bank observed at Kalaigaon

KALAIGAON: The 77th foundation day of Khairabari UCO Bank was observed with a colorful program on Monday at Khairabari.

The programme began with cake cutting by Swapan Kr. Kundu, branch manager of Khairabri UCO Bank. More than 500 people attended the function. Addressing the people, Kundu said that people should save their money in public sector banks instead of private financial institutions.

On the occasion, an open meeting was also held and it was presided over by senior branch manager Sushil Kr. Daimary. Several noted persons took part in this function. Meanwhile, the customers of the bank urged the authority concerned to appoint sufficient staff in the bank to provide good service to the 60,000 customers of this bank.
