86 fresh COVID cases detected in Karimganj

KARIMGANJ: Karimganj registered 86 fresh COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, pushing the coronavirus tally in the district to 6,090, stated a press release.

Of the 86 active cases detected on Tuesday, 68 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test and 18 under RT-PCR. The district has currently 681 active COVID-19 cases while 103 patients have been discharged from hospitals and home isolation on Tuesday. Total 2,596 swab samples were collected on Tuesday. Altogether 2,53,325 samples have been tested so far.
