AASU felicitated COVID warriors in Jamugurihat

JAMUGURIHAT: The frontline COVID warriors of Jamugurihat were felicitated by the Jamuguri regional committee of the All Assam Students' Union (AASU) in a meeting held at Bapuji Bhavan on Thursday. They include doctors, nurses and medical staff of Jamuguri Subsidiary Hospital.

The Jamuguri regional committee of AASU felicitated Dr. Haren Saikia, senior M&HO of Jamuguri Subsidiary Hospital, Dr. Bishnu Kaman, Health Inspector Jonali Bhuyan, nurses Purnima Das, Bani Das, health workers Jiten Kalita, Geeta Barua, Nayanmoni Das, Abdul Latif, Pranab Talukdar, Ansul Haque, Pradeep Pathak, Sagar Sarma and Hemanta Bora. A total of 20 COVID warriors were felicitated in the meeting. Jamuguri unit AASU has so far felicitated a total of 70 COVID warriors of Jamugurihat by visiting their houses.
