AASU takes out bicycle rally against CAB in Sivasagar district

GAURISAGAR: AASU Hatighuli Regional Unit of Gaurisagar in Sivasagar district on Monday took out a bicycle rally against the contentious Citizenship (Amendment) Bill (CAB).

More than 100 bicycles were part of the rally which started from Silpukhuri High School Playground, passed through the entire greater Hatighuli area and concluded at Santipar connected with NH-37. The rally was led by Sarat Hazarika, education secretary of AASU. The protesters raised slogans against the government.
