ABSU Formed Reception Committee for its 52nd Annual Convention

Kokrajhar: The 52nd annual convention of All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU) will be held within December this year at Ramfalbil in the district of Kokrajhar. The ABSU has formed a strong reception committee for its 52nd annual convention on Sunday at Janata College, Serfanguri in Kokrajhar district. The meeting was presided over by Manin Basumatary, vice-president of Kokrajhar district committee, ABSU.

After long discussion, Jatirindra Brahma, MCLA of 8-Dotma Constituency, was selected as chairman and Amrit Kr. Brahma as convener of the reception committee. Jayanta Basumatary, Speaker of All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU), attended as chief guest and explained the purpose of the meeting.

Kwrwmdao Wary, assistant general secretary of All Bodo Students’ Union, also participated as the guest and many intellectuals, teachers, social workers, well-wishers, public and leaders from Anchalik and district levels participated in the meeting.
