Additional District Magistrate of Dibrugarh promulgated Sec 144 in entire district

DIBRUGARH: Keeping in mind the directives issued by the State Disaster Management Agency on August 13 on the necessity to maintain social distancing norm as a preventive measure for coronavirus, the Additional District Magistrate of Dibrugarh district, Ranjit Konwar, by an order has promulgated Sec 144 Cr. P.C in the entire district. The order proibits movement of people, except essential services, during 9.30 PM to 5 AM. The order has been invoked in the entire district with immediate effect.
