AISCSTEWA distributed Teaching aid, goods at Sivasagar

GAURISAGAR: In continuous efforts for inclusive growth under Annual SC/ST Component Plan 2019-20, ONGC, Assam Asset in association with All India Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Employees’ Welfare Association (AISCSTEWA), ONGC distributed teaching aid and other goods among 500 beneficiaries under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Under CSR scheme, ONGC has been initiating to empower the livelihood of BPL categories by providing drinking water facilities and teaching, sports and other aids. In this connection, a ceremonial function was held recently at Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Open Pandal, ONGC Colony, Sivasagar. The programme started with lighting of lamp before the portrait of Babasaheb Dr BR Ambedkar by chief guest Sanjeev Kakran, Executive Director (ED)-cum- Asset Manager, ONGC, Assam Asset.
