AJYCP protests against price hike of essential commodities in Nalbari

NALBARI: Nalbari town unit of Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) staged a protest against the sharp price hike of essential commodities on Wednesday at Nalbari town.

AJYCP town committee president Nayan Sarma and general secretary Bhaskarjyoti Barman led the protest. The activists shouted slogans against the Prime Minister and the Central Government. They stated that the announced price hike of life saving drugs from April 1 would be a thunderbolt on the masses.
