All Koch Rajbongshi Students’ Union to stage agitation against BTR

BONGAIGAON: The All Koch Rajbongshi Students’ Union has declared an agitation schedule in support of the demand for social, political and economic security to the non-Bodo people residing in Bodoland Territorial Region.

In a press release, Tapan Nath, president of BTR Nath Yogi Organization, said that several organizations, including All Koch- Rajbongshi Sanmilani, Koch- Rajbongshi Women’s Committee, Kalita Students’ Union, All BTR Nath-Yogi Students’ Union and Koch- Rajbongshi National Forum had a discussion on Thursday and it was decided to launch agitation programme.

“According to our schedule, we will demonstrate in Kokrajhar on February 15. We will again sit for discussion on February 16. After that mass gathering in Basugaon Raja Charang field will be held on March 1 and mass gathering in Udalguri will be held on March 3. We will announce the next programme later,” he said.
