Army holds military equipment display

TEZPUR, Jan 16: On the occasion of Army Day, Indian Army hosted an exhibition to display Indian Army weapons and equipment at St. Mary's School, Margherita, Digboi. The event was organized to instill patriotic fervour and pride amongst the children and locals.

The display organized by the Margherita Army unit was attended by approximately 350 individuals, including school students, veer naris and veterans.

Besides the weapon display, a stall showcasing pamphlets and explaining various options to join the armed forces attracted much attention. This event saw overwhelming participation from students and youth of the adjoining areas.
