Art competition and exhibition held in Bongaigaon

BONGAIGAON: An art exhibition and art competition were organized today in the Dolaigaon area of Bongaigaon on Sunday.

The exhibition and art competition was organized by RIP’s Kala Kendra in association with Jyoti Sangha of Dolaigaon. Talking to press, Ajoy Roy of Rip’sKala Kendra said that the main motto of this art completion and exhibition in open air was to create an environment to attract the new generation toward art.

About 150 photos were showcased in this exhibition. In art competition also, more than 200 competitors in four groups had participated. We are organizing this art and exhibition every year and hope this will turn into a mega event of art in the Bongaigaon area,” he said.
