Artist Goutam Sharma paints walls of Dhubri town to prevent COVID-19

DHUBRI: Artist Goutam Sharma of Dhubri town took up his brush and colour plate and started painting open walls of Dhubri town to spread messages about measures to be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Through his paintings on the walls, he also expressed gratitude and saluted the professionals likes doctors, nurses, police and cleaners who were rendering the services in this hour of crisis.

Goutam Sharma said that he felt an urge to spread messages against the deadly virus which made him start painting the walls of the town. “It is a satisfying work and I feel like one of the warriors who are fighting against the disease,” he said.
