Artiste Gopal Das of village Dwarkuchi goes missing

BAKSA: A 65-year-old person named Gopal Das of village Dwarkuchi under Tamulpur Police Station in the district of Baksa has been missing since October 22.

According to Rupen Das, son of Gopal Das, his father went out from the house on October 22 at about 11 am. When he did not return by night, the family members searched for him everywhere. They got information from a relative that Gopal Das had gone to Bijulighatvilaage under Nalbari Police Station. Receiving the information, the family members of Gopal Das rushed to Bijulighat village the next morning but Gopal Das had left the house at about 4.30 am. Then the family members lodge an FIR at Tamulpur Police Station on October 23. Gopal Das is a prominent artiste of NagaraNaam.
