Ashish Biswas elected as new GS of NFRMU

BONGAIGAON: "Our motto is to fight and raise our voice for the rights of labourer class people. Not only for Railway employees or only Central government employees, we shall continue to stand always for the working class people," said newly elected general secretary (GS) of Northeast Frontier Railway Mazdoor Union (NFRMU), AshishBiswas at Bongaigaon on Sunday.

The trade union leader was given warm welcome by the cadres of NFRMU Bongaigaon, New Bongaigaon Running, New Bongaigaon BG and New Bongaigaon Workshop branch at New Bongaigaon Railway Station. After that a bike rally followed him from New Bongaigaon to his home.

He was elected as the GS during a working committee meeting held at Maligaon on January 22.
