Asomiya Yuva Mancha (AYM) pays homage to CAA martyrs

LAKHIMPUR: The Lakhimpur district body of Asomiya Yuva Mancha (AYM) paid deep homage to the martyrs who made supreme sacrifice during the agitation programmes initiated against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), 2019.

On this occasion, the organization lit earthen lamps at the Main Chariali of North Lakhimpur town in front of the portraits of martyrs Dipanjal Das, Sam Stafford, Dwijendra Panging, Iswar Nayak and Abdul Alim. AYM central committee organizing secretary Anupam Saikia, Lakhimpur president Chiranjit Bordoloi and several prominent persons of North Lakhimpur town took part in the programme.
