Guwahati: Two of the main actors of the immensely popular television serial 'Beharbari Outpost' have tested positive for the dreaded coronavirus, reports said.
Siddhartha Sharma, known for assaying the role of 'KK', and Deepjyoti Keot, the actor plays the character of Mohan in the popular Assamese comedy-drama have both tested positive for the pathogen.
The actors took conveyed the news through their social media accounts. Siddhartha Sharma revealed that he reportedly under home isolation, going on to request everyone who may have come in contact with him to go for a COVID-19 test.
Deepjyoti Keot, announcing the development said that the only saving grace is that he didn't go home for the past two weeks, so there was no real danger of anyone from his family getting infected. Keot added that he had also not met his friends recently, thus ruling out any danger.
Keot too urged everyone who may have come in contact with him to get themselves tested for the virus.
