Assam Assembly Election: BJP MLA Angoorlata Deka steps up campaigning

MORIGAON: With just 11 days left for the first phase of assembly election, 2021, all candidates of various political parties have started campaigning.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA of no.84 Batadrava constituency, Angoorlata Deka has started door-to-door campaign with traditional Bihu dance to draw the attention of the voters. Deka on Monday participated in the two-day long Bihu workshop which had commenced on Sunday at Samuwagaon.

She held an interaction session with the villagers and discussed about various issues. She also performed a Bihu dance with the participants of the workshop.

The BJP candidate said that she was happy to get the party ticket once again and she wished to develop Batadrava Than.
