Assam Chah Karmachari Sangha to hold 61st biennial conference

TINSUKIA: The Panitola circle of Assam Chah Karmachari Sangha (ACKS) will hold the 61st biennial conference at Chandmari TE auditorium on November 8 with a day-long programme.

To be held under the aegis of Chandmari, Gelapukhuri and Sukhanpukhuri TEs, more than 100 delegates from 24 member tea estates are expected to attend the conference while adhering to COVID-19 protocol. While the ACKS flag will be hoisted by Baikuntha Kumar Gohain, president of Panitola circle of ACKS, Pradeep Mohan, manager of Chandmari TE, will hoist the flag of RashtriyaMazdoor Congress. The open session will be attended by central leaders and others.
