Assam CM Sonowal observes Rabha Diwas in Dibrugarh

Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal observed the occasion of Rabha Diwas at Dibrugarh on Saturday, June 20.

Observing the occasion, CM Sonowal has conferred the Bishnu Rabha Award 2020 to eminent personalities like Kandarpa Nath Sarma, and danseuse Jharna Saikia for their contributions towards the cultural arena.

It is to be mentioned that the program has been held as a part of the central celebrations of the event under the Directorate of Cultural affairs.
