Assam: DHSK College students pledge to remain committed to cleanliness

DIBRUGARH: In the ongoing campaign of Swacchata Hi Sewa, Akashvani Dibrugarh involved the students of DHSK College and tried to inspire them to become torchbearers in their respective localities in the cleanliness drive.

Doordarshan Kendra, Dibrugarh also joined hands in this initiative. During the event organized at the premises of DHSK College here, the students took a pledge to remain committed to cleanliness and devote time for this.

Chairman of Dibrugarh Municipality Board, Dr Saikat Patra and Principal of Assam Medical College, Professor Sanjib Kakoti graced the occasion as invited guests and administered the Swacchata pledge to those present. Head of Programme of Akashvani Dibrugarh and Doordarshan Dibrugarh, Lohit Deka and Principal of DHSK College, Dr Shashikant Saikia leads this event of Swacchata Hi Sewa.
