Assam: Discussion on education held in Morigaon

MORIGAON: A discussion with an aim to make the entire Bhurbandha education block an educational hub and to ensure accountability among the teachers was held on Sunday.

Bhurbandha Block Primary Teachers’ Association of Morigaon district organized the meeting at Bhurbandha Education Block. The teachers interacted with the newly-appointed Block Primary Education Officer, Parag Dutta and the newly-transferred Accounting Officers in a friendly atmosphere. The meeting was chaired by the president of Bhurbandha Block Primary Teachers’ Association, Manas Pratim Patar. The meeting discussed various issues of the primary teachers working under the Bhurbandha Education Block and decided to provide positive cooperation for the improvement of education in the future.

The programme was also attended by Morigaon District Primary Teachers’ Association advisor Mojibur Rahman, assistant secretary Pradip Kumar Nath, and others. Education Officer Parag Dutta said that all possible measures would be taken to improve the educational environment of Bhurbandha education block in the future.
