Assam: Foundation stone for construction of Anganwadi centre laid in Sivasagar

SIVASAGAR: Sivasagar District Commissioner Aditya Vikram Yadav laid the foundation stone for the construction of new building of Demowmukh Miri Model Anganwadi Centre of Desang Dhaiali Gaon Panchayat under Kheluwa Development Block in Sivasagar recently. Speaking on the occasion, the District Commissioner said that every Anganwadi Centre is working to show the light of development to the children. He hoped that the Model Anganwadi Centre would help in the physical and mental development of the children in the area. The event was also attended by Kheluwa Development Officer Chandan Kalita, Assistant Engineer Debajit Gogoi, Gaon Pradhan of Demowmukh village and a large number of locals.
