Assam: Golaghat Police recovered drugs from a vehicle

GOLAGHAT: Golaghat Police recovered three boxes of heroin from a vehicle on Sunday in the Narikalguri area of Dergaon. As per report, based on input, a team led by the Additional SP (Crime) with OC of Golaghat PS, Dergaon PS and staff stopped a Tata Indica Vista car at Narikal Guri under Dergaon PS, bearing registration no. AS-03H/8382 and recovered three soap boxes of heroin weighing 37.04 grams from the possession of a woman. Her husband who was driving the car was also apprehended. A case is being registered. Further investigation is going on.
