The incident unfolded last evening when their quick response saved the day.

The courageous woman who first confronted the alleged perpetrator recounted the terrifying experience, stating, "I could not control myself and hit him with my sandals. Later, other women also joined me in slapping and hitting him. Like me, they had also witnessed what he was up to for a long time." Her intervention came after she noticed the accused youth inappropriately touching the two female attendants while they were asleep in the male ward of the hospital.

The incident took place around 9:30 to 10 pm, and the women were attendants to patients admitted to the ward. "The women were asleep when I noticed that this man was touching them inappropriately. I could see in his eyes that he had bad intentions," the courageous woman explained. She further added that her immediate reaction drew the attention of others, leading to a collective response to thwart the assault.
