GUWAHATI: The Assam government recently released the list of government holidays for the upcoming year.
There are six holidays in the month of January and one each in the months of February and March.
The month of April also has a total of six holidays including Bihu.
May and June have two holidays each according to the state calendar.
July has no official holidays and August has three holidays. September has three holidays.
October has six holidays including Durga Puja and November has five. December has two holidays in the coming year.
