Assam: Kuki-Zo student bodies hold candlelight vigil in Haflong

HAFLONG: A candlelight vigil and solidarity prayer programme was organized by Kuki-Zo student bodies such as Kuki Students’ Organization (KSO) Dima Hasao; Young Mizo Association (YMA) Haflong; Hmar Students’ Association (HSA) Assam Hills JHQ; All Biate Students’ Association (ABSA), Haflong; Hrangkhol Students’ Association (HKSA) Assam Block; Vaiphei Zillai Association (VZA), Haflong. Conducted by general secretary of KSO-Dima Hasao, Lengoujao Singson, the programme started with a welcome speech by information secretary of HAS, Joy Thiek.

Condolence service for Kuki-Zo brethren killed in Manipur ongoing violence was conducted by Rev. Nguljalhun Chongloi. It was followed by a presentation of heart-touching songs.
