Assam: Lecture on holistic development held at Sibsagar Commerce College

Sivasagar: Brahmakumar Piyush is a prolific, noted author and motivational speaker highly acclaimed at the national and international level. Addressing a gathering of students, staff and teachers at Sibsagar Commerce College on Friday in the lecture session on 'Holistic development and mindfulness', Brahmakumar urged everyone to start the day with smiles, meditation and a positive mindset.

He said, "Our home is our temple, where we can grow ourselves into leaders with a creative mindset. Living in the present, not in the past and hankering after the future brings happiness and calmness to our minds."

In context of this, Principal of the college, Dr Saumarjyoti Mahanta also expressed his thoughts on the need of integrity and mindfulness for a regulated life and concluded the programme with a vote of thanks.
