Assam: Marwari Yuba Manch Pragati Sakha gifted water filter to Tinsukia Press Club
TINSUKIA: The Marwari Yuba Manch Pragati Sakha (MYMPS) under its Amrit Dhara scheme gifted a digitalized water filter at Tinsukia Press Club (TPC) in a solemn programme held at the Club premises on Thursday in presence of office bearers of TPC and members of MYMPS.
Pragati Sakha’s president Nilam Sharma said that their organization felt happy to donate the water filter to TPC as the press club was always very supportive to their societal initiatives. The organization had already donated 23 such water filters till date, she said. Kamal Talukdar and Umesh Singh, president and vice president of TPC respectively, and Hira Sharma, executive member of TPC, expressed gratitude to the organization. Khusboo Sharma, secretary of MYMPS, briefed about the activities of the organization.
