Assam: New Additional District Commissioner Dr Neha Yadav Assumes Charge in Biswanath

BISWANATH CHARIALI: Dr Neha Yadav assumed the charge of Additional District Commissioner and I/C Biswanath from Jay Shivani, outgoing Additional District Commissioner and I/C Biswanath. Dr Neha Yadav belongs to the 2019 batch of IAS, Assam-Meghalaya joint cadre.

Before assuming the charge in Biswanath, she was posted as Additional District Commissioner and I/C SDO(C) Bokakhat. In her first address to all the officers and staff of the office, she requested cooperation from all ranks for the smooth functioning of the administration. She also emphasized timely completion of different programmes and schemes and sought cooperation for better service to the public. All the Additional District Commissioners, Election Officer, Assistant Commissioners, Heads of Departments and staff were present during the meetings.
