Assam: One dead in road mishap

DEMOW: A young person lost his life in a traffic accident on Wednesday night in Sukanpukhuri, which is close to Demow. Sources claim that on Wednesday night, while Indubhukhan Gogoi, a resident of Garhbhanga near Demow, was going home after working in the PWD Department in Moran in the Fourth Grade post, he was involved in an accident in Sukanpukhuri. On Wednesday night, the young person hit the drum placed in the road for the police to check at Sukanpukhuri. The young man was injured and was taken to the Demow Model Hospital by the villagers; however, he passed away there.
