Assam: Plantation drive conducted at Jamugurihat

JAMUGURIHAT: As part of the celebration of National Hindi Divas, the teachers and the students of class IX and X of Holy Child English School carried out a plantation drive on Thursday at Jamugurihat.

According to information, the second phase of the plantation of fruit-bearing saplings was done by the students of class IX and X under the initiative of TGT Hindi Teacher Yogita Saha in presence of secretary Sanjay Kumar Newar and Principal Kumar Newar.

The first phase of the plantation of fruit-bearing saplings was done by the students of Holy Child English School on June 5 on both sides of the road for 4 km from Milanpur to Jamugurihat.
