Assam Police Arrested ATM Fraudster near Haiborgaon State Bank

NAGAON: A woman identified as Kulsuma Begum of Lahorighat in Morigaon district was arrested on Monday by the police of Haiborgaon TOP while she tried to exchange ATM card with an elderly man near Haiborgaon State Bank.

Police immediately seized 4 ATM cards and one handbag from her possession. She swaps ATM cards from elderly people and loots money from them by taking their pin numbers, sources said.
