The memorandum requested the concerned authorities to drag out the main culprits of the firing episode of November 22, 2022, and take stern actions against them. The memorandum highlighted immediate response towards the appeal to conduct the hearing for the second time and thanked the one-man panel.

The group demonstrated ample amount of trust in the commission, to unearth the entire situation of the incident.

The organisations present at the gathering requested the commission to investigate ensure whether the death of the home guard from Assam forest department was an accident or intentional.
