Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway, Rani's most recent emotional drama, opened in theatres on Friday (March 17) to rave reviews. The Journey of a Mother by Sagarika Chakaraborty served as the inspiration for the movie.

It is based on the true account of a mother who struggled with the government to regain custody of her kids. Rani was last seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2 with Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Sharvari Wagh.

Later this year, the performer will also publish a memoir in which she will discuss her 25 years in the movie business and other topics.
