Assam Rifles conducted online recruitment in Silchar

SILCHAR: In order to create awareness and identification of youths for recruitment training, Assam Rifles has carried out online drive in Jailura village under Lakhipur sub division of Cachar. COVID pandemic has impelled Assam Rifles to go online and could get access to 15 student aspirants of different villages by means of video-conferencing. The participants were given an overview of the recruitment procedure, various trades, physical and medical and educational criteria for entry and documentation aspects. Emphasis was laid on broadening the vision and thoughts of youths towards service to the nation, apart from explaining to them the prospect of a bright future with financial stability and robust mindset and positive attitude to face challenging moments. This initiative of Assam Riles in this COVID pandemic has come for appreciation of youths for acquainting them with all the tits and bits of recruitment process.
