Assam Rifles Public School organizes excursion to Kaziranga National Park

JAMUGURIHAT: Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS), Agartala, organized a four-day excursion tour for its students to the Kaziranga National Park (KNP) from November 15 to 19, 2023, stated a press release.

The tour was flagged off by Brig Vikram Guleria, SM, and Commander Agartala Sector of Assam Rifles on November 15. A total of 36 students participated in the tour from different backgrounds, including those from BPL families.

Assam Rifles Public School, Agartala, is one of the most reputed schools in the city and provides quality education at a reasonable fee structure to its students. The school is dedicated to the overall development of its student personalities by undertaking quality extracurricular activities. The school drill contingent stood first in all the Independence Day and Republic Day parade events of the state in the last two years, and many of its students have won laurels in sports and academic fields at the state and national levels.

This effort of ARPS, Agartala, is a step towards empowering the young citizens of the state towards conservation and preservation of our natural resources. The excursion tour also highlighted the rich culture and heritage of the Northeast and provided them with education that will have a lasting impression on their formative years.
