Assam: Senior physicians felicitated by Nagaon Lions Club members

Nagaon: On occasion of Doctors' Day, the members of Nagaon Lions Club on Friday felicitated two senior physicians of the small town at their respective residence.

A delegation consisting of the newly-elected president and secretary of the club - Malchand Agarwal and Saranga Ballabh Goswami respectively, Harsada Soulangi (treasurer), Susanta Borthakur, Biswajit Mahanta, Ajoy Mittal and others went to the residences of nonagenarian physicians - Dr Abdul Motin and Dr Pramod Kumar Poddar – on Friday morning and felicitated both the senior physicians with an appraisal letter, memento, phulam gamusa and a tiny plant each. The club members also took stock of their health and wished them a long life.
