GUWAHATI: The northeast frontier railway will be introducing a special weekly train between Kamakhya and Rani Kamalapati for the convenience of the passengers. The special trains are said to move for 5 trips in each direction starting from June 2 to July 2, 2022.
The Rani Kamalapati- Kamakhya train, 01663, will run for 5 trips leaving Rani Kamalapati every Thursday from June 2 to 30. It shall depart at 3:30 PM from Rani Kamalapati and reach Kamakhya at 04:30 AM on Saturday.
Again while returning, the Kamakhya- Rani Kamalapati train, 01664, will run for 5 trips from Kamakhya every Saturday from June 4 to July 2. The train shall leave from Kamakhya at 07:35 hours and reach Rani Kamalapati at 04:35 hours on Sunday.
The details of the stoppages and time for the trains are made available on the IRCTC website and through NTES. Passengers are asked to follow COVID- 19 guidelines issued by the state and central government on the trains as well as at the stations during the course of their travel.
Also, NF railway said it will continue to run all the experimental stoppages until further notice. These experimental stoppages include-
Train No 13163/13164 (Sealdah - Saharsa Jn.), Train No 13169/13170 (Sealdah - Saharsa Jn.) and Train No 13033/13034 (Howrah – Katihar) at Kumedpur.
Train No 12377/12378 (Sealdah - New Alipurduar) at Dalkolha and Samsi.
Train No 13161/13162 (Kolkata - Balurghat) at Rampur Bazar and Eklakhi.
Train No 13149/13150 (Alipurduar Junction - Sealdah) at Banarhat.
Train No 15657/15658 (Kamakhya - Delhi) at Samsi.
Train No 15463/15464 (Balurghat - Siliguri Junction) at Naksalbari.
Train No 22611/22612 (Chennai Central - New Jalpaiguri Jn.) at Aluabari Road and Harischandrapur.
Train No 13281/13282 (Dibrugarh - Rajendra Nagar Terminal) at Mathabhanga and Jalpaiguri Road.
Train No 13147/13148 (Sealdah - Bamanhat) at New Maynaguri.
Train No 15905/15906 (Kanyakumari – Dibrugarh) at Mathabanga.
Train No 12345/12346 (Howrah - Guwahati) at Falakata.
