Assam: Three police officials arrested at Laharighat Police Station

Sleuths of Chief Minister’s Vigilance & Anti Corruption caught red-handed three police officers for taking bribe of Rs 20,000 in the name of granting bail to an accused of a robbery gang at Laharighat Police Station on Thursday evening.

MORIGAON: Sleuths of Chief Minister’s Vigilance & Anti Corruption caught red-handed three police officers for taking bribe of Rs 20,000 in the name of granting bail to an accused of a robbery gang at Laharighat Police Station on Thursday evening. The arrested police officers are SI Mukundra Upadhyay, Mizanul Hoque, and Hirakjyoti Deka.
