Tinsukia: The week-long training programme for members of School
Management Committee concluded on Saturday at Golap Chandra Rabi Chandra Natya
Mandir, Tinsukia. Held under the aegis of Samagra Shiksha (SSA) Tinsukia
district, the training modules were developed for a three-day programme and
conducted at block level. As many as 272 trainees representing 1,190 schools
from Hapjan, Kakopathar, Margherita, Sadiya and Tinsukia educational blocks
participated in the programme.
The inaugural programme was held on January 4 and the resource persons who delivered on different aspects of the module were Ditul Chetia, Apin Tanti and Kalyan Dihingia. They presented the content using audio-visual aid and power-point highlighting COVID-19 impact, safety of children, duties and responsibilities of management committees and social audit. The programme was coordinated by Tridib Sarma Tamuli, Tinsukia District Programme Officer.
