Assam: Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra organize in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: On the 4th day of the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, various colourful programmes were organized at Daolabri and Magurmari VCDC in Kokrajhar district on Saturday. Organized by Kokrajhar district administration, officials from various government departments participated in the programme and informed the public about various government schemes and how to avail the benefits of the schemes.

On the occasion, a pledge to make India a Viksit Bharat was taken. In connection with the programme, beneficiaries of various schemes shared their experiences benefitted by the government schemes and flagship programmes. A free medical check-up camp, awareness on TB, HIV/AIDS were carried out and free medicines distributed to the needy villagers.
