Assam youth Dipankar Uja to give speech in Parliament on December 3

KALAIGAON: Dipankar Uja will give a speech in the Parliament of India at a function to be held on December 3. According to a report, the Government of India organizes the function every year to mark the birth anniversary of Dr Rajendra Prasad who was the first President of India. So, a total of 24 youth delegates from 24 states have been selected to give speeches in the Parliament this year on the occasion of the 138th birth anniversary of the legend.
