Assistant professor of Bahona College allegedly commits suicide in Jorhat

JORHAT: An Assistant Professor of Bahona College in Jorhat was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his bedroom at Kenduguri Lurukihat on Wednesday. A source said that Amar Jyoti Debnath was found hanging by his wife after she returned home after dropping their sons to school. Debnath, who hails from Morigaon, had built his house here and was residing with his wife and two sons.
