Awareness camp organised on breast cancer at Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: Under the auspices of Leo club, a youth unit of Lions club of Doomdooma Tea City, organised an awareness camp at Doomdooma Marwari Panchayati Baban on Sunday. The camp which was conducted under the supervision of Gynaecologist Dr Pranab Jyoti Deka and Dr Ashma Ghaznavi, In-charge, Doomdooma 30 Bedded FRU was attended by more than 50 women. The cause of the disease, precautions to be taken for it and about its treatment were explained to the participants of the camp. In the beginning everybody present there prayed for early recovery of the breast cancer patients spread all over the world. The camp was conducted by the chairman of Leo club Piyush Goyal, Project Chairman duo Krishna Agarwal and Jogita Modi and Public Relation Officer (PRO) Kaushik Garodia and other members of the club.
