Awareness drive organized on COVID-19 in Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: Under the auspices of All India Marwari Sanmelan, Doomdooma branch and in association with Doomdooma Police Station, an awareness campaign on COVID - 19 was organized at Doomdooma town recently.

A group of representatives of Doomdooma branch of All India Marwari Sanmelan, led by its president Joynarayan Bansal, working president Rajkumar Garodia and secretary Dinesh Goyal, along with Officer-in-charge, Doomdooma Police Station, Inspector Dibya Jyoti Dutta, urged the public to strictly follow COVID-19 protocol. They also distributed 2,000 masks and leaflets among the people as part of the awareness drive. Senior journalist and president of Tinsukia Zila Xahitya Xabha, Arjun Baruah also participated in this awareness campaign.
