Awareness meeting of Axom Adarxo Gram Yojana held in Silchar

SILCHAR: An awareness meeting of Axom Adarxo Gram Yojana (AAGY) was organized by District Administration Cachar on Friday at Rakhal Khaler Par at Borkhola in Assam’s Cachar district, stated a press release. While addressing the people, Deputy Commissioner Cachar Barnali Sharma stated to extend cooperation for converting Rakhal Khaler Par in to a model village.

Sharma also expressed her views for all around socio-economic development of the village. “All the District heads are requested to pay special attention in implementing the schemes to fulfill the government vision of converting it into a model village,” said Sharma. In addition to that, she also urged for the need of cleanliness and littering free zones in the village.
