Awareness rally held in Sadharu Tea Garden, Biswanath Chariali

BISWANATH CHARIALI: The Sadharu Primary units of Assam Tea Tribe Students' Union and Assam Tea Tribe Women's Association organised an awareness rally in Sadharu Tea Garden, Biswanath Chariali on health, education and child marriage on Sunday. The awareness rally was attended by ATTSA Central Committee organizing secretary Awan Tanti, Sadaru Tea Estate Co-Director Champak Sharma, ATTSA Biswanath Branch Committee vice president Jiten Tanti and others. The speakers laid importance in imparting education to the tea garden workers in order to eradicate health related problems and also superstition and illiteracy from the society. Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ) Jayanta Baruah extended help to the awareness rally.
