B+ grade to Doomdooma College by National Assessment and Accreditation Council

DOOMDOOMA: Doomdooma College was awarded B+ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with CGPA 2.73 which visited the college on February 13 to February 14. The Self Study Report submitted by the college carried 70 per cent weightage while the peer team’s visit accounted for 30 percent, contributing to the overall grade.

The peer team that visited the college comprised Nageswar Rao Golapalli, former Vice-chancellor of Andhra Pradesh University as Chairman, Jayaprakash K, Professor, Central University of International Relation and Politics, Kerala and D Shivkumar, former Principal, C K College of Education, Tamilnadu State University as members.

The peer team looked into the administrative quality of the college, quality of students, co-scholastic activities, alround activities of the alumni etc. The college had received B grade in earlier two assignments and this time it received B+ grade in its third cycle assessment.
