Baksa DC Ranjan Sarma launches 'Gandagi Mukt Bharat' programme

GORESWAR: A week-long behaviour change campaign " Gandagi Mukt Bharat " which is scheduled to be held from August 8 to August 15 was launched at the Baksa DC office on Saturday evening through e- ratri chaupal by Ranjan Sarma , Baksa Deputy Commissioner. As per agenda, the campaign will cover various programmes including single use plastic collection and segregation prograame, Shramdaan across Gram panchayat, wall painting activities across villages, and tree plantation drives. Prabir Kumar Adhikari, Executive Engineer Baksa Division ( PHE), Nodal officer Rituraj Choudhury, Nirmal Nath AEE ( PHE), Bandana Sarma DA, Detsung Basumatary HRD consultant, Gitika Muchahary IEC consultant, Gaonburahs, teachers, social workers, NGO members were present in the programme which was organized by Baksa District Water and Sanitation Committee.
