Bike lifter arrested by Tezpur Police

Tezpur: A bike lifter, identified as Ibrahim Ali (26), was arrested by a special team of Tezpur Police led by Additional SP Numal Mahhata on Thursday from Panchmile area under Borghat Police outpost in Sonitpur district and recovered nine stolen bikes from his possession. A case 2252/19 U/S 379/411 IPC has been registered against him, official sources said.
